Jacksonville Badminton Club If you're looking for club times, locations or tips on becoming a better player, you've come to the right place.   We are perhaps the newest club in America!  Jacksonville has never had a badminton club that we are aware of.  Some of us met on a national badminton web site and decided to get something going that would be consistent and fun for all levels. The desire to play this great game is not enough.  You have to have the space to play.  We were welcomed to the Yates Family YMCA which has been our home ever since.  Jacksonville Badminton Club meets three times a week and we play all year round in Yates Family YMCA's indoor gym.  We play with feather shuttlecocks and the facility includes 4 badminton courts with wooden floor. We are growing in numbers and our goal is to help introduce this sport to individuals who have never played beyond the "backyard" experience.  We hope you will be one of the newest members.
